Known for his culinary innovation and dedication to quality, Gino is the proud owner of Gino & Marty’s, a luxury Italian restaurant on Randolph Street in Chicago’s West Loop, renowned for its sophisticated dining experience. In 2024, Chef Gino took his talents internationally, further solidifying his status as a global culinary figure.
