Chef Gino Bartucci is a celebrity chef, restaurateur, and Chicago native who blends his Italian heritage with the dynamic spirit of his hometown.


Known for his culinary innovation and dedication to quality, Gino is the proud owner of Gino & Marty’s, a luxury Italian restaurant on Randolph Street in Chicago’s West Loop, renowned for its sophisticated dining experience.


In 2024, Chef Gino took his talents internationally, further solidifying his status as a global culinary figure. With his passion for fresh, clean ingredients and authentic flavors, he continues to redefine Italian cuisine.
